PRESENT SERVICES

An interdisciplinary health care team of Doctor, Nurse, counselor, home health aid and social worker offering support to the cancer patient under treatment.

DMCF providing service 24 hours in 7 days.

 

i)   Sterile and comfortable accommodation arrangement. 

ii)  Hygienic and nutritious diet.

iii) Entertainment facilities for children.

iv) Transport facility from rehabitation center to Cancer Hospital.

v)  Patient transfer facility to hospital on emergency situation.

vi) Administer counseling cell for patients and parents.

 

FACILITIES OF THE CANCER HOME

  • Fifty beds for the patient – specialized care by Doctor and nurses

  • Dormitory facilities for patient’s relatives – relatives are encouraged to spend as much time as possible with the patient.

  • Round the clock nursing care

  • Counseling service

  • Monthly motivation program with patient and cancer survivors.

  • Service of volunteers

  • Food individualized to a patient’s need

  • Entertainment program (like TV, Daily news paper, Games, Library, site seeing) and festival celebrations.

  • Prayer room

  • Children play area

  • Ambulance service to transport patient to and from the hospital.
