General Body – Headed by Chairman Justice Abdur Rauf.

Board of Directors – Headed by the Chairman.

Paid up staff – Headed by honorary member Secretary.

All decision taken through democratic process.

 

 

COMMITTEES

DMCF committee’s overseas specific activities and projects for the Organization. Members serve as volunteers for which they have relevant experiences. Committee report to the Board of Directors and meet at least once in a month.

 

Audit

The Audit Committee recommends the Foundation's independent audit firm to the Board; reviews the scope and plan of the Annual Audit, and reviews its results; oversees the Foundation's internal controls structure and processes.

 

Bylaws

The Bylaws Committee receives and develops proposed Bylaws changes. Proposed changes are circulated to the membership two months prior to the Annual Meeting.

 

Finance

The Finance Committee oversees the ongoing fiscal management of the Foundation; oversees the performance; and reviews annually the Foundation's financial management

 

Membership

The Membership Committee reviews and recommends action on applications for active, membership status in accordance with the Bylaws; changes in membership criteria; and new member benefits.

  

Implantation and Monitoring Cell

The all current activities and quality of care of the Foundation. It conducts a meeting source a month.
